The famous Japanese (he, actually lives in Valtellina) chief cook Tonisan have the pleasure to announce the creation of a new kind of nighiri: tanippo nighiri ( bresaola's nighiri).
Tonight, a special committee will evaluate this new creation. We will post the committee review tomorrow
